CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds must be sent in writing to ACE. A refund minus a $10 processing fee is available if the request is received by October 7th, 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 7th, 2022. Substitutions, from the same company only, may be made at any time and must be submitted in writing. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions. A full conference registration can only be used for a single individual.
