ACCOMODATIONS

A block of rooms are booked at the conference venue, the Holiday Inn at a discounted rate for all conference delegates.

Please quote the Block Code: ACE when making reservations.  Rooms and rates will be held until the cut-off date of September 12, 2018.  There are other hotels situated nearby.  When searching you should refer to hotels located on either Regent Street or Paris Streets in Sudbury ON.   This area is located at the South end of town and locals refer to it as the “Four Corners”.

Make Note:

1. All reservations must be guaranteed by Credit Card or Direct Billing.  Upon check-in, deposit for incidentals with the amount of $300 is required from each guest apart from the payment for room and tax.
2. Individual cancellations must be made one day prior to arrival to avoid charges.  If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, a charge of one night per room is applied.
3. Special room requests such as pet friendly are subject only to availability.
4. This location is 100% smoke free.  Anyone in violation will be charged $300.
5. Check-in time is 3pm while check out is 11am. Early check-in or late check-out are not guaranteed.

TRAVEL

Sudbury is accessible by land or air

Sudbury is a four (4) hour drive from Toronto with breaks and easily accessible via highways 400 and 69.  The hotel is conveniently situated when you arrive at the south end of town.
