CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests for refunds must be sent in writing to ACE. A refund minus a $50 processing fee is available if the request is received by August 31, 2018. A refund minus a $100 processing fee is available if the request is received between September 1 and 14, 2018.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 14, 2018. Substitutions, from the same company only, may be made at any time and must be submitted in writing. The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions. A full conference registration can only be used for a single individual.
SCIENCE NORTH Social Event
Wednesday, October 17th (6-10pm)
The social event for this year’s conference will be held at Science North, Northern Ontario’s very popular tourist attraction and the second largest science centre in Canada. Come join us for an exciting and fun evening with exclusive access to the interactive exhibits including the Northern Ecosystems area featuring Science North’s Animal Ambassadors, and the Bodyzone area with interactive exhibits related to the human body, including a human sized gyroscope.
