We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the ACE – ODAM joint conference, “Organizing for High Performance”, examining the contribution of ergonomics/human factors to creating optimal safe performance in work systems. People interact with each other, technology, equipment, tools and internal and external systems related to management of people, products, safety, health and processes. These interactions all contribute to the efficient and effective performance of the organization as a whole. We invite research and practitioner contributions from multiple disciplines who are involved in the investigation, design and implementation of these interactions to improve the performance, safety and well-being of people, systems and organizations. Proposals will be accepted for oral presentations, panels, round tables, symposia and workshops.
