1. Registration Rates
All fees in Canadian dollars.
There are substantial discounts for ACE members. Memberships start at $45 plus tax.
IEA Society Member rates are available to those who are members of ergonomics societies around the world.

2. Cancellation Policy
- Requests for refunds or substitutions must be sent in writing to ACE.
- Substitutions, from the same company only, may be made at any time.
- The appropriate member/non-member rate will apply for substitutions.
- A full conference registration can only be used for a single individual.

3. Online Registration
This is our first year using Wild Apricot for our Registration Payment Form, which allows the form to be linked to the ACE Member Database. Here is an overview of the first few screens.
Screen 1
- Only shows registration options available to those who are NOT ACE Members.
- EB = early bird
- Click REGISTER
Screen 2
- Enter your email address.
- If you are an ACE member, enter the email address that is registered in the member database (i.e. the email address where you receive communications from ACE) to see registration options for ACE members.
Screen 3
- If the email address you entered is in the database, you will see the message
- “Your email is already in our database. You can log in to auto-fill your contact information – and enable any member-only ticket types – or proceed with the registration without logging in.”
- If your email was recognized, you will see member only ticket types automatically. You do not need to log in to see them.
- Because the transition to our new member platform is in progress, members may have difficulties logging in, so we recommend you register without logging in for now.
- Select your preferred “ticket”.
